JHD Company Auditions – August 19th

Joel Hall Dancers & Center is using the arts to enrich the lives of its community members through dance performance and education.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 19TH AUDITIONS
10:00 am – Joel Hall Dancers Youth Company (12-17)
1:00 pm – Joel Hall Dancers II Company (18 & up)
3:00 pm – Joel Hall Dancers Company

Arrive at least 30 minutes early to register. Bring a resume and photo.

Audition fee: $25

• Leotard and tights for women
• Fitted shirt and tights for men
• Ballet and jazz shoes

Technique classes: Ballet, Graham-based modern, Horton-based modern, Joel’s “Urban Jazz”. MOST IMPORTANT, bring your PERSONALITY! DANCE!

Company Requirements:
• Weekly classes (Ballet, Jazz, Horton-based, and Graham-based modern)
• Performance and choreographic opportunities
• Weekly rehearsals:
JHD Monday and Wednesday 4:30-6:30p
JHD II Tuesday and Thursday 8:00-10:00p
JHDYC Tuesday and Friday 4:30-6:30p
